New Sailor Moon Figure Spotted at Wonder Festival 2013 + Sneak Peek

A new Sailor Moon figure was spotted today at the Wonder Festival 2013 Summer! It is a Figuarts Zero made by Volks! Figuarts Zero is a series of unarticulated figures produced by Bandai. From the picture we can see she’ll have her Cutie Moon Rod!
